Good experience overall as a tenant. Sometimes took a little longer to take action on key requests but eventually were always helpful (seemed a bit too much under influence of landlord approval at times on some very simple key requests.. …however in the end always fulfilled the requests(may ne that was to do with landlord being difficult ) . Found them reasonable to deal with at end of tenancy as well, i.e they were fair on deductions they made (unlike many other companies which simply rip off the tenants when it comes to deposit deductions).dealt with them 2013-2014.
