I have rented 2 flats so far from this agency. When I first moved into the first one I asked for a new mattress for the bed and for a technician to make a few repairs, two days later I had a new mattress and all the repairs fixed. When I moved out I was given the full deposit, so I did not feel they were trying to “rob” me or anything. Similarly at the new flat I have been very happy so far.
