Coronavirus Update 07/05/2020.

7 May 2020:

Whilst Ben Property are, and have been adhering to UK/Scotland Government Guidelines to Lockdown and the COVID-19 crisis. The team have still be extremely busy with essential moves and tenancies going ahead. Tenants and Landlord be advised moves can still be facilitated where deemed essential. The following measures are in place to keep the wheels turning and be expanded on to prepare for a relaxation on lockdown as and when that comes. We are prepared, keep well and stay safe.

 

• Virtual / online viewings can be undertaken.
• Properties can be taken online, negotiations and questions taken place via email or phone.
• Referencing checks, credit check, employment and ID checks can be done via email and online.
• Lease signing can be done either online of via email.
• Inventories can be checked and signed of via email.
• Rent and Deposit transferred online.
• Keys can be picked up from lock boxes outside our office.
